Keep Fit for Over 50's
This is a fun and friendly chair based exercise class, which focuses on improving cardio, balance, strength, co-ordination, range of movement, agility, and reaction time. The class is performed both seated and standing, and there are no floor exercises included. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
It is Friday from 10.45-11.45 and costs £4 per session. For more information please contact Victoria, Centre Manager.
